Over-Issused News Bales (OI or OIN) (#9) are unused or excess overstock of newspaper. Also with specific percentage of coloured and rotogravure sections. At Ocean Ridge Group while we don’t process waste paper ourselves – we work with producers and paper mills to support their supply chain.

Quantity

200 to 500 Short Tons monthly and we only deal in FCLs (Full Container Loads) and FTLs (Full Truck Loads)

Specifications

We regularly work with over-issued news bales for the purpose of finding homes and reusing the material. Standards of over-issued news bales are:

Prohibitive Materials: None permitted
Outthrows plus prohibitives: None permitted

Our inventory is selected on a case-by-case basis to maximize the quality of the bales.
